Not really would be my take. Nonetheless. . .
One can build a pretty killy Dominion squad; four flamers, veteran with combi-flamer or Brazier. Add in a Canoness (two?) with combi-flamer or Brazier, a Priest with combi-flamer or Brazier, and an Inquisitor or two (three?) with combi-flamer and brazier. It'll smoke a lot of units. Divine Guidance could be used only if one forswore the Inquisitors and would help if the target isn't well diversified for wound allocation.
That's only about 245 with one Canoness, a priest and one Inquisitor. More equipment might be wanted on the characters, or more Characters could be added. A Rhino is required to deliver the payload.
The same sort of thing could be done with melta.
As far as a close-combat Death Star, the closest one could come up with would be a Canoness with Celestian Retinue joined by a second Canoness plus a Priest.
Inquisitors might actually be a hindrance to this units performance.
One Canoness could have a Blessed Weapon, one an Eviscerator, the Veteran would have an Eviscerator as would the priest. Depending on the extra gear, you're looking at a starting price of 310 points plus a Rhino.
A better practical option would be two Canoness Retinues operating together.
Whether any of these rise to the level of "Death Star" is open to debate.

I have one in mind but I have to use an Inq LR Crusader to pull it off. It puts out 10 St 5/6 PW hits and 4 flamers 1 HF on the turn they get out of the Crusader and they get to re-roll all misses in HTH. Just my first thought on this.
