As a cavalry option, Sisters on bikes would be cool. All they'd have to do is adapt a Space Marine bike and simply craft appropriate legs. How hard would that be?

Options could include Inferno cannons and Melta cannons as well as more mundane things like twin-linked heavy bolters.
Cooler might be a cavalry option. Perhaps the mounts could be cybernetic, with built in Presidium Protectivae (Storm shields) and beast rules. Put Repentia on them and - Wow, I just invented the SoB Deathstar!
Another thing I wouldn't mind seeing; the Penitent Engine could convert to wounds and toughness, like some xenos units. T7 or 8 with three wounds would be groovy.
