Open order cavalry get the new maneuver additions.. they can about face up to twice in a turn for free... and can change their ranking for free. Cavalry -even skirmish cavalry have not been able to move more than half through terrian in WAB for many years via the old errata.

They still get the reform advantages (assuming the unit isn't in wedge) so
all Open Order Cav loses is faster movement through terrain.
