I happen to agree with you, but i've found that many WAB players don't partuclarly like playing HC. The two systems do play very differently, so I understand why WAB players may not like HC.

Warlord is running a Hail Caesar tournament in England. With the lists books, I think it would work fine for competitions - especially with the kind of great attitudes the US WAB crowd has brought to tournaments in the past.
