[RPG_Player_Sanctuary] Why yes, it's another one on one ad!

After a difficult summer for me, I'm finally ready to get down to serious writing again, and I thought I'd putout feelers to see if anyone would be interested in starting something new.
I'm a female writer, but I'll write everything--straight men, straight women, bi and gay men and women, aliens, whatever. (OK, I draw the line at furry anything, but we've all got to have limits somewhere.) I don't care about the gender of my writing partner, as long as we have a good writing rapport.

I've written everything from sci-fi to western to fantasy, and will do so again. I would love to write interesting sci-fi or high fantasy threads, though a good werewolf or vampire story would be fun, too. And writing something like historical fantasy could also be interesting. I have a few ideas, and I'd be happy to throw any of them at you.

I want a bit of romance. I'm not necessarily interested in instalove, but a good romantic conflict always makes me happy.

I'm not particularly interested in writing anything explicitly sexual. I don't want to write a slave girl, or a cute but naive girl who gets blackmailed into servicing the office, or… well, you get the idea. I refuse to write rape of any kind. Bestiality, incest, and pedophilia, of course, are right out.

I write via email. I don't do IM at all, not even for you, so please don't ask. I also don't google docs.


I also think presentation is important. I'd prefer to write with people who took time to introduce themselves and tell me what they wanted in a clear manner, with as few typos as possible, and plenty of punctuation marks.

Also, no, we are not having cyber sex. The people in my head are not proxies of myself, and I'd appreciate it if yours weren't, either.

One last thing: I know myself well enough to know that I can too easily get bogged down in negotiating story lines. My interest is in getting to the writing part as soon as possible, and plotting OOCly as we need to… not in laying the whole thing out well in advance.
