Anyway - I know they have to take the same equipment per
the supplement.
But do they have to take the same formation?
That is, could you have some in skirmish and another as
light infantry - assuming both use same equip?

-----> I think they can form as you like... I don't have my book in front of me. The intent was to make the player descide on a battlefield force or a flying column with lighter gear.
