GAME INFO:
The Bat-Signal was smashed to pieces, and Commissioner Gordon publicly
denounces Batman, tagging him as the dangerous vigilante responsible for
Harvey Dent's untimely death. But a body was never recovered.
The Joker was taken into the GCPD's custody, and is being held without bail.
Many of the citizens of Gotham are still recovering from his hostage attack
on the ferries. Many of the inmates of Arkham Asylum are still roaming free
in the slums.
Struggling against time and the limited resources he has, Commissioner
Gordon is now almost helpless without the Batman, and the people of
Gotham have no idea how vulnerable they now are.
