In a sleeping small fishing town, an amulet that rested in a wooden box in a dusty cave has all been forgotten and only told in legend or campfire tales. Most don't even recognize the name of of the small town or even seen it on a map. North Star was just a bump on the road or river that travelers would only stay for the night before pressing onward.
All would know the name of the town when the amulet was stolen by an unnamed goddess and it rocked the world in a massive earthquake. Storms and Clouds have claimed the sky, while long dormant volcanoes have come to life. Wildlife has turned on each other and fish seem to be all but gone.
Scholars and legend tellers have come together to put the forgotten story together and how to stop this goddess from destroying the world as it is today. The power of the amulet is unknown as well as the Goddess'.
In hopes to track down information and maybe the Goddess itself, the world is pulling together the best of the races and sending them to North Star in order to form a group that might stop the world from falling apart.
The sleepy town is no longer unknown as they are flooded by the world's people and the most intelligent in search of answers.
This group is an adult group (over 21) that is search 4 to 7 people that can play a long term written game.
