The kids in Rivdendell Juvenile Detention Hall are not all true criminals. Some are merely... deviant. The instructors and staff put themselves at risk on a daily basis to try and help Rivendell's inhabitants. Some do it for selfless reasons, some are only in it to reap whatever benefits they can from the situation. The students are a motley mix of the condemned, the depraved, and those who couldn't care less where they are as long as they can get their next fix.
Current Major Plot: New manager, new security... same problems.
