at the end of the tournament, add a final gladiator round where each player takes their army commander and pits it against a randomly drawn opponent.
last commander standing gets the set.

. No Army required, all 28mm armies will be provided at 2000 points
. 3 rounds, with players alternating armies each round
. Up to 12 players
. You only need to bring your rules, a measuring tape, and 6 or so D6s. Specialty dice supplied if needed
. Warhammer Ancient Battles 2.0 with all current errata
. Game master and umpire is Mark Cuomo
. Armies include Assyrians, Norman, Macedonians, Pyrrhic, Byzantines, Vikings, Chinese, Romans, etc.
. Prizes will be awarded (You must play 3 rounds to possibly get a prize)
Note: This is not designed to be a beginner's or WAB teaching/learning event. It is expected that players are familiar with WAB 2.0 or experienced with WAB 1.x. For WAB 1.x players a general list of changes from 1.x to 2.0 can be found here. Remember, it is a WAB 2.0 tournament, so if you get caught by differences between rules, you will have to live with the result.
