A rogue group of the PTB (Powers That Be) Have broken off and are taking
a more direct form of action. Tired of standing by idely while people
down on earth cheat death, mess with the Good and Evil balance, they
have taken it upon themselves to take action against them. The four
groups of people they have decided to take issue with are:
Buffy and the scoobies - Buffy should have died when the portal was
opened, but was brought back. To top it off, they abused the rules of
the Slayer by over loading the world with Slayers and seriously
imbalancing the system.
The Winchesters - The deals the brother's keep making to bring each
other back are causing an imbalance.
Jack Harkness - This man should be dead, yet he keeps coming back.
Angel - Angelus was meant to stay a bad guy....until that Gypsy curse,
which not only returned his soul but eventually made him a champion.
Then the birth of Connor, the product of two vampires, something that
should never have happened which created another champion, again causing
imbalance.
The Rogue PTB have changed time to a place where the imbalance was not
so severe: before Dean and Buffy returned from the grave, and before
Connor was born or all the Slayers were created. This time they are
setting out there stall to stop those things from happening. Should they
fail, then the balance must be restored some other way...perhaps an
influx of bad guys, from past and present? And it would be the heroes to
blame for this Hell on Earth scenario.....
