For what it's worth on May 16th someone on WABForum called Matt emailed GW/FW asking about this. His response was:

"Hi there.
Unfortunately we don't have a precise date for when the
supplement will be released but we are hoping for the end of this year.
Thanks
Tris Buckroyd"

A look at the other Fora confirm that there is a Tris Buckroyd employed by FW. What that actually means is anyone's guess.
