[BTSS] Re: 1500pts Army list Troop heavy

It looks like a very good list if you like walking the distance to your opponent. Just from my experience. If you opponent is Mobile and your foot slogging troops need to get close you will most likely be cut-up and massacred before you can bring effective fire.

Unless your opponent is Foot slogging too then its a good list. But for tournaments. I typically find myself always getting snookered by the Tau or Imperial guard with their long range weapons. those 32" and longer always puts a hurtin on me..

So in order to anticipate your opponent, Each squad I build I put them in an Immolator and or troop transports. So I can move fast to the front, Unload, and be ready to fire.
