Games Workshop released a "Forces of the Inquisition Collector's Guide" back in the 2007 timeframe that listed all of the Daemonhunter/Witch Hunter models that were released.
The Guide did not list the part numbers for Black Library's Ephreal Stern/Silas Hand Diorama, but it did have a picture of it in the painted section.
For a short time the Direct Order catalog had a Seraphim Superior with Chainsword/Eviscerator and Bolt Pistol. GW no longer sells/produces the model according to the customer service and direct order staff.
At one point GW had a bundle released that included like 17 Battle Sisters being led by the Icon-bearing Canoness. The box had what looked like a broken wall of a cathedral in the artwork. Not sure if that was a "special" landscape piece that was inside the box. The package was called "Warriors of Redemption".
E-bay will have all the above items up for grabs on a rare day of the year. Alas, none of it cheap and the rarity growing and growing.
