Actually it was Black Library who did them back when they also did a few others like Gaunt and Corbec, Kal Jerico, etc.

It was a limited release of 500 sets, each with numbered certificates. I have three complete sets, including the certs (one for the diorama, one to be able to use as individual models and one just as a spare in case I horked something up :)). Someday I might actually get around to painting them.
