[BTSS] Question about painting

 

I'm thinking about redoing my sisters (again) I just can't seem to find a scheme that sticks for me.

Now with that being said I was thinking about trying to do something with like a mother-of-pearl styling for my character's armors. At least for the elite ones.

I'm just not quite sure the best way to go about doing it, does anyone have any suggestions.
