I phoned up GW on the Repressor, because it just bugged me why to mention it
and donate a full page to FW vehicles if cannot be used. The conversation
went like this:

Me: Hello, this is XY speaking and I'd like to know if sisters of battle
army can now officially take a Repressor as a dedicated transport now that
they are so widely advertised in White Dwarf and are mentioned in the codex?
GW rep: I don't know. You need to ask Forgeworld office. *click*

So, I phoned up FW. They said, it was still an "if your opponent allows you
to bring it in then you can use them" scenario.
