Well, Fall-in was a lot of fun, despite the weather and the resultant low numbers of participants.
Thanks to Steve and John for sticking around on Friday night and playing Great War with us, after the WAB Doubles became a non-event.
Thanks to Steve and John (again) and Chris for playing with Adam (our sole sign up for Singles) and having a Singles Tournament.
Thanks to Ken, Gil and Patrick for the Great War games. They were a blast. My Early War French had a lot of "Élan" but little else.
Finally, thanks to Pete, Gil and Adam for the Strange Aeons game. It was typically wild, bloody and hilarious.

After the first round of Pitched Battle combats all of the players were tied at 8 points each. As a result, each of the combatants was still in the hunt for the hallowed Holy Grail of Fall-In and recognition by an adoring world-wide commuity of WAB 2.0ers. After much complaining about the final scenario (Delayed Reserves...won't use that one again) the outcomes were decided. Awards went as follows:

I just realized I may not be able to make Cold Wars 2012. We will need to play that by ear. I can drop these with someone local that is going up if necessary.
