I agree. I won't (<weep>) be able to go to Strategicon because of my
daughter's birthday, but I think that everyone who wants to switch to AoA
will have done so by then. I just got my copy, and it also seems like
mixing the two would be a bad idea. I really like the changes to the
Normans, Saxons, and Vikings, for example (no T4 troops, characters are in
line with characters from other lists), but I wouldn't want to mix these
new lists with old Shieldwall armies, which would still have an insane
advantage. I also think that the Cali crowd is tight enough that anyone
without the book could have a little help and be fine (I volunteer for this
-- those who won't have the book can send me their list and I would happily
do the conversion work to make it AoA legal).
