I dont' know when it was released. I bought it a couple of years ago on Ebay. I'll see if I can dig up my copy again and give you a publication date. The comic suffers from a change of artists about 4 times in the last book. Its clear the book is still unfinished as it in now way wraps up her story. She realizes (or believes) that she is weapon created by the Emperor to destroy Chaos. The term thrice born is bandied about alot as she comes back from the dead at least once.
