[WABlist] WAB Cold War Tourney: House Rules?

 

Are the house rules here:

considered in effect for the tournament? I'm not sure if they've been maintained thru the rule changes in 2.0, and was wondering if it's cool to use them or not. Maybe we could get a clarification or some sort of consensus before the battles start.
