Opps,

The rule is you can not exceed 25% of the list points in any single force organization slot other than troops. So any amount of troops but you can not exceed 25% of the list point in each Hq, Elite, Fast Attack or Heavy support slot. So in my list The Hq, Elite and Heavy support seperately are less than 25% of the list total. Hopefully that clears it up. I believe the rule was added in to tone down some of the lists that pack the main point of the army in the slots other than troops.
