Re: [BTSS] The Inquisition

I did that about six months ago, and don't regret it. In fact, I have added some Grey Knights to try out as well, and they are beautiful models in their own right. I regret not using my sisters models, but at least can use all my inquisitors, retinue and stormtrooper models. (there is not an immediate use for the old zealots if you have any.)

From a fluff perspective the GK codex is terrible. I ignore it.

From a crunch perspective it is fantastic, overpowered if anything. Using Inquisitor Coteaz (formerly the Daemonhunter named character) as HQ you can take all your Inquisition models as various Troop choices. All the retinue models have a place. You could likely even use your Sister Repentia as Death Cultists if you wanted. Otherwise your Inquisitors can also be HQs along with Elite retinues.

I recommend you do this. I was very happy to play a few games as GK =I=..!

Unfortunately, I am tired of Games Workshop crapping on us SoB fans, I'll be culling down my collection and am considering playing Grey Knights so as to be able to at least use my inquisitors and custom retinue.
