"Why are we slowing down?" Commodore Hansen asked as he came onto the bridge.
"We aren't sure sir", his XO stated. "And all consoles have been locked out and have been replaced with what I believe is the Greek character Omega."
Jon scowled and looked around, "Cadets, clear the bridge."
The dismissed cadets looked at the Commodore oddly, but left as ordered. Hansen then said, "Computer, release terminal lockout to all but cadets."
The computer beeped in compliance.
"XO, you have the bridge", the Commodore said. "Remain at all stop."
"Sir, if we stay here that cruise ship will be destroyed", Commander Ra'Asari said quietly not wanting to seem disrespectful.
"You have your orders XO", Jon said with a somber look in his eyes as he strode to his ready room.
