Requirement: There is no lurking allowed on this group. If you want to join you need to be able to meet the posting requirements which would be one post per week.
Writing Sample is required within 72 hours of joining (writing sample is emailed to the group owner)
Once you have been approved for the OOC group your "Say Hello" is due on the OOC board within 72 hours of approval
Premise:
Set in the modern world but with a very Paranormal twist. Races all have abilities and skills specific to them alone as well as generic generalized ones but they all each have major weaknesses as well.
There is one common ground for all to meet, a place where the Chosen One of the Displaced Children of Atlantis resides. Miami Florida, known for its heat, beaches and nearby swamps where more than one body has been known to get "misplaced". The Rhapsody club is known for its high profile clientele but it's also home to the races that might come in to visit, as well as the Guardians that reside in Miami. The Rhapsody Club also houses the Chosen One, the one that is a part of all of races and is the mouthpiece of the Gods.
The club "Heaven" is located in New York City, New York. Ran by a Naiad this club is all about a good time, having fun and simply enjoying and loving life. If you are one of the Displaced Ones however in this club you can find sanctuary. A home, a job, a claim to life.
There are other clubs that are up for grabs to incoming players, clubs that also act as a safe Haven for the Displaced ones all around the world. The writer who decides to take over ownership of these clubs will need to ask owner permission please, so just shoot us an email if you want them.
Other: Sign up on the site to receive your "Say Hello!" package. It requests some details from you about you, any ideas you might have. Also included on the "Say Hello" form is a request for a writing sample. Please make sure that this sample is fully and completely ORIGINAL, not something you've used before but something brand new. When you join the group please email the original writing sample to the groups owners at Darkest-Night-OOC-owner@yahoogroups.ca
