I have organised several small Great War gaming days here in the UK, so you can steal some ideas from the Scarab Forum (and see lots of pictures), or email me via the site if theres any files you want.
The games usually revolve round some scenarios, allowing for unbalance within the individual games but fairness across the series, with one side "winning" and then some random names drawn from a hat for any form of real prize. Last time out we had both early and late war, results from all games counting in...
I hope to come across, will have to wait and see
