The city of Kainsport, a bustling city in a world where humans aren't the only ones roaming the streets. While mutant-monsters may be considered citizens, the term "second-class" still comes to mind while cliché prejudice clouds the minds of some. For the most part life is peaceful, unless one finds themselves on the recruitment list for The Library; an organization who's motives are unknown, but who's claws are always reaching out from the shadows for those `extraordinary' persons.
