Looking for a female specifically to bring the female point of view.
Someone who would also loves the details of the setting from the artifacts that are used as technology in universes where magic works and high technology does not, to the home universe where technology is up to the point of metric engineering, the manipulation of space-time itself. Someone who can go from magic to hard science to fringe theories.
Who could portray characters from different cultures from Cheyenne to Russian to Indian. With a variety of vocations, from technical to magic to media. Someone who can maturely portray religions in a fictional setting, be they Catholic or Hindu.
We are a long term group with current story arcs that have been in play since 2006.
Our focus is on a character's emotional journey through a story. We coach you along, encouraging questions and feel this is a work in progress. What you say matters and we love collaborations.
This setting is in the future, yet there are also creatures right out of folklore that exist outside of public knowledge. Our characters come across those who have come along humanity's journey to the stars.
They are hiding among the population of the town as well as in the parks, rivers and seas of the natural landscapes that are part of the town.
With them is they bring along realms where time works differently and in one case, laws of tropes trumps the laws of physics. Realms beyond the fairy rings found in the various forest and nature settings. Ones of European fae, of Japanese kami or of Polynesian menehune, spanning many of the cultures of mankind.
Our characters are part of a population of just over five thousand human beings for a test market set up in a town of technological wonders and a big production film studio. This test town is traveling among the stars, sometimes to parallel universes, including universes where magic works and high technology does not.
This town is carried by a nearly five mile long unmanned combat astronautic vehicle (UCAV) whose AI also runs the city it carries and whose weaponry spans from the conventional to the kind to snuff out stars.
A town whose residents from all walks of life, from teachers and students, retail clerks and cooks, housewives and hobbyist, artist and entertainers, reporters, film producers, corporate reps and more.
There are also the metaplots that impact characters differently depending on how far or away they are from the decision makers and indeed, some of the characters needed -are- the decision makers.
Whether a character is a decision maker, waits out an emergency in a shelter or reports on it from in front of a camera for the township, history and those back home, they have their own personal stories to tell.
They go about their lives amid alien encounters, journeys to parallel universes, the coming of age story for the AI who considers some of the characters its mother and the birth of an alliance that spans many universes.
They also meet a magical multiuniversal Empire looking to enslave universes where technology is the rule and a Dyson sphere based AI that wants to wipe out all other life across the multiverse.
Then there are the politics back home to also deal with, which some say are worse than what is encountered out where no-one has gone before (I had to throw that last line in there).
My caveat is that all of our characters are involved in a common subplot that involves them being forced to be part-time ponygirls, the fetish not the transformation. Albeit it is the fetish seen through inhuman eyes.
