[BTSS] Hand of the Emperor??

 

Has anyone tried this for taking out Veh.? Now that everyone strikes rear armour 10 on most tanks this would give a unit 20 St 5 possible hits on a tank in HTH, hit on 4+, glance on 5, pen on 6. Should work and is cheaper than MB.

Thoughts?
