[OpenFX] New FX Leverage Details

 

Hi Traders,

Just a heads up regarding the leverage changes for US forex brokers and their clients. The CFTC established new retail FOREX rules for US traders and brokerages on 8/31/1. Beginning on Monday, October 18, 2010, leverage for currency pairs will be:

Majors - 50:1
Exotics - 20:1
