I hope we never get bikes, I really do not see the fluff side of them, and in fact pnly see them as making us more like a marine variant.
As for skimmers, maybe a gun platform or soemthing, oh wait... way too eldar-ish for my taste too.
Maybe some kind of non suck penitent walker, that only draws fire would be nice, but i would rather see a few revamped sisters units.
Like maybe an elite squad of Celestians that can all take Combi-flamer/meltas (kind of like Sternguard, but no spec ammo)
Or maybe a points reduction in Seraphim.
Or making Repentias faithful, and I know that might raise eyebrows at first but hear me out. They usually take the vow of the penitent willingly, or if not willingly then because they are so faithful/fanatical that they do so due to a minor sin (sometime not minor). So I would think that combined with a woman whipping (literally) them up into a frenzy that would make them somewhat faithful.
