This looks like the core of our new standard list to me. Though I might
trade one more Crusader for another DCA. Why worry about 3++ when there's
nothing left to hit you back? Kill it, and make sure it stays dead. I run 3
units of 7 DCA, 4 Crusaders, one with a Ordo Xenos Inq with grenades, and 2
with Techmarines w/grenades in Stormravens in my all Inq GK list. To say
it's super effective is an understatement.

This isn't a great codex but I think we may be able to at least be mid-level
competitive with it.
