That's more of a rules hampering than an army hampering really.
Again, I see this as a stepping stone to a better codex. Since we don't sell well, I'm most certainly positive they'll give us a power boost, but how can you make that even more awesome?
Start from a lot lower.

I agree whole heartedly. I just noting the possible source. The Sisters fast attack section in this dex is a joke. We have no units that move faster than 12" which is silly given that every other codex has units that move faster. We have no fast vehicles or bikes. IG has Valkyires. Vendettas, Hellhounds and their variants all of which cvan move 18" or ore. Space marines have a great diversity in FA choices with various bikes and speeders along with assault marines. Those are just Imperial choices. Also its intersting to note there are only 2 other choices in game with Hit and Run and an Initiative lower than 5; Deffkoptas and Tau Crisis suits with ejection seats. All others are 5 or more including a normal human by the name of Marbo. Sisters for an almost enitrley short range shooting army are very slow. We are the slowest army in game speed wise. Even Necrons can teleport across the board.
