Sorry I did not have the rule book with me at the time it is only +1 St AP 2 for 10pts. Look on page 61 of the rule book "If a model wargear says it has a power weapon which has no further special rules, look at the model to tell which type of power weapon it has." So if it is a axe or maul you get different stats than a sword.
